The Advantage of a LYNX Factory Trained Service Technician, is that we know LYNX washers and equipment like no one else, because that is all we work on. A LYNX technician knows what our equipment should look, act, and sound like. This can eliminate big problems before they occur. With a LYNX Preventive Maintenance Plan, your operation will see less down time, increased efficiency, decreased expenses, and quality repairs done right the first time. Whether you choose to be serviced by in-house staff, third party, or a LYNX technician, we are here to help you every step of the way.

Customer training is on going.  We want our customers to get the most out of their LYNX equipment.  You decide how much additional training your staff needs.   We not only train your equipment operators, but we will train your maintenance staff as well so you can now service your own equipment in-house.  What does this mean for you and your operation?  Real time and cost savings!

Either schedule a specific training session or we can train your staff for free during one of our scheduled preventive maintenance visits. 

 
2 Year Warranty

Preventive Maintenance Programs 

You choose the custom Preventive Maintenance Plan that fits your specific needs and budget.  We analyze your machine’s age, size, condition, run hours, and equipment that you are washing, to schedule a custom Preventive Maintenance Plan that fits your needs. No cookie cutter programs here.

All factory Preventative Maintenance plans are designed to provide an on-site thorough inspection of the mechanical and operational condition of your unit(s). LYNX technicians are trained to:

  • Examine your machine for worn parts that need replacing
  • Inspect service and customer cycle settings
  • Recommend cycle setups that may decrease cycle wash times and save utility expenses.  

Provide additional training to your staff during our technicians’ visits at no extra charge to you. Advance notice is appreciated to allow adequate time for your visit.

In-House Technical Support 

LYNX personnel is available by phone Monday – Friday from 8am – 5pm EST for troubleshooting, diagnostics, parts orders, and general equipment assistance.  LYNX Service Department can be reached at 716-751-3100 or service@lynxpg.com.  LYNX can dispatch qualified personnel or authorized third party groups within 24 hours notice that your equipment is down (while under warranty).  Most LYNX equipment includes two (2) forms of remote access for diagnostic services. Warranty period includes unlimited diagnostics through a house Internet connection VPN or an analog phone line connection via dial up modem.

Additionally, with the use of our computer modem connection (available on all LYNX microprocessor based units), the LYNX in-house technical support team is able to diagnose most problems over the phone to assist your maintenance personnel through a service call or do the re-programming right over the phone!


Factory Trained Technicians

Non-Proprietary Parts 

LYNX standardizes on high quality, brand named, non-proprietary, “off the shelf” parts and components.  LYNX provides the original equipment manufacturers (OEM’s) name and part # for each component we provide on our unit. These parts are readily available from either the LYNX parts inventory, or from your parts distributor. Parts and components readily available in the LYNX parts inventory are available for overnight delivery.
